Elton Hubner
Founder
Elton Hubner
Elton Hubner is an award-winning multimedia journalist with a M.A. in Media Studies from the Technical University of Berlin and the founder of Eyes Multimedia - Photo And Video Production in Vancouver, BC.
Inspired by CBC's pioneer videojournalist Sasa Petricic, Elton wrote the thesis Sasa Petricic: A Decade of Videojournalism (2011) and started a new career in video making upon his settlement in Vancouver later that year.
Before that, he wrote and photographed for newspapers, blogs, magazines and the German international broadcaster DW (Deutsche Welle). The passion for the craft of storytelling was discovered in his early teens. By the age of 20, he had travelled to 25 countries and learned six languages.
At Eyes Multimedia, Elton uses the international experience and journalistic skills to lead a talented team create professional videos with well-structured stories.
